SUPPORT GROUPS & INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT
(Trained BRCE volunteers facilitate BRCE support groups & provide individual support.)
About Support Groups:
Support groups are a safe place for the bereaved to talk about their loss. Healing is promoted when people share their stories, provide and receive mutual support in a confidential environment, free of judgments, rules, advice and “shoulds.”
Open Support Groups are held regularly (weekly) on a drop-in basis. Pre-registration is not required.
Closed Support Groups meet weekly (usually for six sessions) with the same group participants. Groups are limited to five people. Pre-registration is required.
